Insta360 launches its new and groundbreaking flagship camera, Insta360 X4 is excited to announce. Along with the highly anticipated 8K 360° video, 5.7K60fps and 4K100fps add unparalleled image quality to the endless creative possibilities of 360° capture, including “shoot first, point later” and the Invisible Selfie Stick effect. The X4 also doubles as a traditional action camera, with Single Lens Mode now upgraded to smooth, ultra-wide 4K60fps.

This premium imaging arsenal includes a powerful 5nm AI chip, smart with features like Voice and Gesture Control It is backed by a control system and greatly improved battery performance with a runtime of 135 minutes. A range of AI-powered shooting and editing features make it easy to capture and share unique, creative shots. The new, removable lens hoods for the X4 will also be a welcome addition, providing useful, durable protection and peace of mind.

 

 

This all comes together in a rugged, pocket-sized device, making the making it a new, essential tool for professionals.

It's finally here! 8K30fps is our highest resolution yet for a 360° action camera, and it looks incredible! With 360° video, creators can choose any angle (known as reframing) after the shot, as well as stepping back in time and directing the camera! This makes the X4's 8K resolution a true game-changer because images remain incredibly detailed and sharp even after reframing; high Perfect as high-quality, standalone clips or for seamless integration into any arrangement.

And the upgrades don't stop there. For action shots or slow motion, 60fps 360° video is now available at 5.7K for smoother, sharper images. There's also a new 4K100fps setting for gorgeous, cinematic shots in 4x slow-motion.

No matter the resolution or frame rate, 360° shooting with the X4 offers unique benefits such as the Invisible Selfie Stick effect, creating impossible third-person images that look like they were shot with a drone or a personal camera crew! This is reflected in photos too, with the X4 capable of shooting 72MP 360° photos now featuring built-in AI noise cancellation.

With Me Mode, the X4 can automatically frame the subject in the shot while keeping the selfie stick invisible. Now at a whopping 4K30fps (up from 1080p with the X3) or 2.7K120fps, that means flat video clips ready for sharing with zero re-framing!
